Our Services
Blaze offers a complete process to make your purchase a pleasant experience. Our goal is to respectfully earn your business and keep it. We do this by offering you personalized shopping experiences, expert design guidance, fair pricing, full-service installations, and support for years to come. Simply put, we treat you the way we’d like to be treated.
Zoom Consultation
The first step is the selection process. One of our product experts will help determine which product(s) are right for your home. Once you have selected the perfect product, you will receive an estimate. A preview visit will also be scheduled during this time. The previewer will visit your home and inspect the area where the product will be installed. When the inspection is complete, the previewer will schedule the installation of your product. Blaze uses in-house certified installers for all remodeling projects. We will treat your home as if it were our own by protecting the area of installation. The installer will schedule inspections, making sure to request a time and date that is convenient for you. Once the installation is completed, a start-up visit is scheduled. The start-up visit includes the installation and setup the finish components of your fireplace, such as gas logs and doors, completing the installation. The start-up visit also includes a review of the general operation and maintenance of your fireplace.
Service
At Blaze service after the sale is just as important as service before the sale. We have a friendly service department available to help you enjoy your fireplace, and installation for many years to come. For service, please submit an on-line service request. Please note: Blaze only services products we have sold.
